Our Penuche Walnut Fudge (made with Fresh Cream & Butter) is made daily in small batches in our copper kettles so it's always fresh and delicious. Our customers call our fudge the "best they have ever eaten" and we are sure you'll agree.
Penuche is made with brown sugar and a hint of maple flavoring.
We define a piece of fudge as approximately 1/4 lb. each piece.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Brown Sugar, Corn Syrup, Cream (Heavy Cream, Carrageenan, Mono and Diglycerides), Water, Butter (Cream, Salt), Walnuts, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavors.

Products produced on shared equipment with peanuts, tree nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts, coconut), milk, eggs, soybeans, and wheat.

For Twenty Years I have purchased Easter lollipops for my grandchildren ---this year all my grandchildren were out of the country for the holiday.
