We stand behind every treat we make. If you’re not completely delighted with your order, please let us know and we’ll make it right.
How our guarantee works:

Return window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, exchange or refund.

Eligibility: Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, we will gladly replace or refund it even if it has been opened or partially consumed.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement. Please note in the case of damaged, missing or incorrect items, you will be asked to provide photos and may be asked to submit documentation for insurance prior to replacement items being sent.

Non‑returnable items: Gift cards, clearance items, custom/personalized products and holiday‑themed items within three days of the holiday (e.g., Christmas products after December 21) cannot be returned. Perishable items with a short shelf life can be returned only within their “best enjoyed within” timeframe (for example, fudge within three weeks of the order date).

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items within the return window. If you don't love the item you purchased, we're happy to send something else in its place. Replacement products are shipped once we receive the original items.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval and issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit‑card company, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
How to start a return or exchange

Email us at support@stagestopcandy.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

We’ll respond with a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Once we receive your items, we’ll inspect them and process your replacement or refund.
