Products made and / or packaged at Stage Stop Candy are produced on shared equipment with peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, walnuts, coconut), milk, eggs, soybeans, and wheat.

While we practice GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) to limit cross contamination and reduce the risk of undeclared ingredients, we are not able to guarantee items as free from a particular allergen.

Shipping Information

Shipping is free for orders between $150 and $300! For orders less than $150, shipping is a calculated rate depending on destination weight of the items purchased.

  • Packages typically arrive 2 to 6 days after the requested shipping date. If no date is requested, items are usually shipped the next business day.
  • When temperatures are over 70-75 degrees, we ship meltable items with an insulated mailer and ice pack.
  • When purchasing meltable products, we recommend shipping USPS Priority Mail as it has a faster shipping time vs other shipping methods.
  • While ice packs and insulated mailers will prolong the length of time before a chocolate item melts, it does not guarantee that chocolate will arrive at the destination solid. The only way to ensure items will not melt is to order when temperatures are 70 degrees or cooler for the duration of the delivery window (2-6 days).
  • For orders over $300, please contact us at Support@stagestopcandy.com to receive an accurate quote for the items being purchased.

Return Information

At Stage Stop Candy we love the candy we sell, but we realize that it may not always meet our customers expectations. This is why we offer a 30 day money back return policy on almost everything we sell.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.
  • If a product does not meet your expectations and you opened it (to try) you can still receive a full refund of the product price.
  • Items that were damaged during shipping (broken or melted) can be returned for a full refund of the product price.
  • Returns can be initiated through the website or by contacting us at Support@stagestopcandy.com.
  • When your return has been confirmed, simply pack up the items you do not want and ship them back to Stage Stop Candy.
  • We recommend shipping with a service that provides a tracking number and sharing that tracking information with us when you receive it.
  • Stage Stop Candy is not responsible for returns that are lost or mis-delivered due to address errors or incorrect postage paid.
  • We will notify you within 48 hours of your return being delivered to us. We will confirm the items that have been received and initiate a refund at that time.
  • Refunds are issued to the payment method used. If multiple payment methods were used (ex Credit Card and Gift Card) we will refund to the credit card first.
  • Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on a customers credit card or bank statement.
  • Exceptions to the 30 day return window are Fudge (which has a 21 day return window) and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries (which has a 1 day return window).
