Walk in, pick out your favorites, and when you get to the register, let our team know you'd like to use your rewards. They'll look up your account by phone number and apply your points right there at checkout. Silver - $300 in annual spending

When you reach this tier, you receive a $10 bonus coupon on top of the points you're already earning. That coupon is good for 6 months, so you have plenty of time to put it to use.

Gold - $700 in annual spending

If someone else has access to your login, your email, or the phone number linked to your account, they could redeem your points without you knowing. Imagine stopping by the shop expecting to use that $10 reward you've been saving up, only to find out it's already been used.

The fix is simple. Treat your Sweet Rewards account the way you'd treat any personal account:

• Keep your login details to yourself
• If you use a phone number to look up your account at the register, make sure it's not one you've shared with others for rewards purposes
