"Jingle All the Way" comes on a cream mug with the words in red and green, a row of Christmas lights running along the top and bottom, and that same candy-cane handle. Choose one, and it shows up filled and ready to give.
Inside each mug sits 5 ounces of milk chocolate ornaments, chocolate wrapped in bright foil so they look like tiny ornaments resting in the cup. The foil catches the light through the bag before anyone unties the bow, and peeling one open, the foil crinkles back to smooth milk chocolate. Shipping is free for orders between $150 and $300. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and total package weight.
We ship via USPS and UPS, offering a range of shipping speeds and pricing options to suit your needs. While slower ground services are available through both carriers, we strongly recommend choosing Priority Mail or UPS Air when sending meltable items especially during warmer months.
- Most orders arrive at their destination within 3 to 8 days of the order date (depending on the shipping method selected).
- If you want your order held and shipped on a specific date please note that at checkout. If no specific date is requested, we usually ship the next business day.
- For temperatures above 70–75°F, meltable items are packed with an insulated mailer and ice pack to help protect them during transit. However, please note that while this packaging slows the melting process, it does not guarantee the items will arrive completely solid. To ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition, we recommend ordering when temperatures along the delivery route are expected to stay below 70°F.

✅ Eligible Returns
- Not satisfied? Return any unopened or opened product (even if you tried it) for a full refund of the product price.
- Shipping damage? If your item arrived broken or melted, we’re happy to issue a full refund—as long as the damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return window exceptions:
- Fudge: Must be returned within 21 days
- Chocolate Dipped Strawberries: Not returnable due to perishability

- Once approved, simply pack the items securely and ship them back to us.
- We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, and sharing that tracking number with us.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If multiple methods were used (e.g., credit card and gift card), we’ll refund to the credit card first.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of being processed.
- We’ll notify you within 48 hours of receiving your return and confirm the items we’ve received before processing your refund.
