Shipping is free for orders between $150 and $300! For orders less than $150, shipping is a calculated rate depending on destination weight of the items purchased.
- Packages typically arrive 2 to 6 days after the order is placed.
- When temperatures are over 70 degrees, we ship meltable items with an insulated mailer and ice pack.
- While ice packs and insulated mailers will prolong the length of time before a chocolate item melts, it does not guarantee that chocolates will arrive at their destination solid. The only way to ensure items will not melt is to order when temperatures are 70 degrees or cooler for the duration of the delivery window (2-6 days).
- Orders may be held for up to 3 days to try to ship when temperatures are more favorable at the delivery destination.

Hi Diane, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to read that you were unsatisfied with your last visit and we have attempted to reach out to you to futher understand your concerns but have been unable to connect.
Our pricing structure for prepacked assortments has been in place for just over 4 years at the time of your purchase. In our experience, packing the box to a set weight often led to underfilled, empty, or inconsistent looking boxes. This was not what we wanted customers to experience when opening a prepacked assortment for the first time, so we made the decision to move prepacked assortments to a piece count.
This change has had multiple impacts; it has ensured that each assortment on our assortment wall looks consistent (what you see in an online photo or in store sample display is what you will get when you open a box) while also allowing our packing team to improve their packing efficiency. In addition we've also found that customers are now receiving more candy than prior to the change. For example, the 28 Piece Milk and Dark Popular Assorment which you purchased and reviewed contains on average 17 to 18 ounces of candy, or 2-3 extra pieces vs purchasing it by weight. While we consider all of these impacts to be a positive for everyone, we understand that others may not agree with our approach.
